What evidence to prepare.
Source-backed evidence is what helps buyers understand your company. Here is what you can prepare and submit — each item is reviewed before publication.
How to submit
Evidence is submitted as a link.
Evidence is submitted as a link to a hosted document on your company's profile page — there is no file upload. Paste a public URL and our reviewers decide whether to publish it. Until a reviewer approves it, your submission stays as pending review and is not shown to buyers.
Evidence types
You do not need all of these. Start with what you have — every source-backed item helps.
Official company identity / registry information
Your organisation number and official registry listing. Identity is confirmed against the official company registry.
Website and contact page
Your official company website and a working contact page. These help buyers confirm who you are and how to reach you.
Product pages
Pages on your site that describe the products you supply. They help buyers understand your range.
Product catalog URL
A link to your product catalog — a hosted PDF or a catalog page on your website.
Certificates
Links to certificates relevant to your industry (for example MSC, ASC, or ISO). Each link is reviewed before publication and is never published automatically.
Food safety documents
Links to food-safety documentation (for example HACCP or BRCGS). Shown as source-backed evidence — OrenAtlas does not issue a safety verdict.
Sustainability / ESG / CSRD documents
Links to sustainability, ESG, or CSRD reports. These are organised as evidence and shown separately — they are not a score and not a compliance verdict.
Export market information
The countries you export to. This is strongest when it can be corroborated by trade records rather than self-stated alone.
Facility / factory information
Details or documentation about your facilities, if available — for example a facility page or a site-certification link.
Trade activity evidence, if appropriate
References to shipment or customs records that show real trade activity. This is some of the strongest evidence a buyer can see.
What OrenAtlas does with your evidence
OrenAtlas shows source-backed evidence and what is still missing. It does not issue a compliance verdict, a safety approval, or a supplier rating. Buyers review the evidence and its sources themselves and reach their own conclusions.
